Food / Candy / Dessert / Ice Cream Buffet Label Squares

I love candy buffets and food labels! Here are some stock labels that I made that you can pick and choose colors, frame shapes, background patterns and fonts to design a label that will match the theme and colors for your event!

Here is an example of what a label looks like:

Here are all of the options from which to pick and choose:

These are for sell by the sheet / 1 digital file (PDF) that is emailed to you. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to use this file, but the good news is you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe. The better news is most computers already have this program so you probably won't have to download it.

Each PDF is an 8.5 x 11 sheet containing 6 labels of ONE style. All styles are approximately 2.5-3" inches in size depending on the size you would prefer.

ORDER PROCESS:
Please send me the following:
--frame choice (A-J)
--frame color (see chart)
--background pattern (see chart)
--background color (see chart)
--font style (1-12)
--text for each label (can be blank)

If these colors do not match your theme, I can customize the colors to fit your event.

If you would like some buffet labels for your next event, contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com
Also, leave me a comment below and let me know what you think about the labels.

  1. Dolly,

How much do you charge for these labels? Can you do different design on the actual writing part like curved at the top and bottom and some writing in the center? Would they fit on mason jars? I started my own business making jams, sauces and such but trying to figure out the label part.

    Thanks,
    Denise

  2. I can definitely design a label for you with arched wording. This label is 2.5 x 2.5 inches, so it is probably smaller than you will want for a jar. Send me an email with the details of what you are wanting (size, shape of label, colors, wording, types of sauces and jams, etc.) so that I can send you a price. I charge per sheet of labels. My email is jtanddolly@yahoo.com

Consider having a front and back label for each jar. The front that has something fun, and the back an ingredient/company/contact label so that they can order more.

  3. Just thinking about it...the size may not be too small...but it may be the wrong shape for a jar. I would think you would either want a rectangle or oval.

  4. The cost for these is $10.00 for the first 8.5 x 11 sheet containing 12 labels of one style. Each additional sheet is $3.50.

  5. Are the labels stick on? I was thinking of hanging the labels with ribon on the jars. Could this be done?

  6. The labels are printed on cardstock so that they can be hung from a jar on a ribbon, double sided taped to a canister, placed in a place card holder in front of the item or attached to a lollipop/popsicle stick. There are a few examples in my cars party post if you look at the ice cream bar.

For these, typically I design them and set them up in a pdf so that you can print on carstock and make them at home.

  7. Hi
I've looking for a company like yours that sells the ready to print or ready to use labels. I'm organizing my daughter's party. Its beach theme in aqua silver and white, very chic, elegant details. the design is based on Starfish and corals. I like the design of your label on the top for the candy buffet, in the right colors of course, but If you can design something for us that we can use it would be great. Also for the table numbers, etc.
