Ticket Invitations

Tickets are a fun way to send out invitations especially for sports and movie parties! Here are a few examples of some tickets. The "Early Longhorn" ticket below was made for a Bar-B-Que to celebrate the end of the JV Football Team's season. The sports ticket was made for a sports birthday bash. The other images are backgrounds for tickets that were made for other events.

Notes for Special Occasions - Guest Book

Other than giving daily hugs and kisses and telling those you love how special they are and how proud of them you are...it is important to write it down once in a while. A written note is something that can be cherished for a lifetime and can be pulled out when you need a smile or need to know that you are special. I made these notes/pages for a little something fun to do at parties and weddings. They are great for creating a "Guest Book" or a fun keepsake gift by having each guest at your event share a special message by filling out a page at their leisure. The notes that are written will be cherished for a lifetime as they will capture your guests memories and heartfelt wishes on a special day!

These pages are 8x8 and fit perfectly in an 8x8 top loading scrapbook. They are a wonderful addition for weddings as it gives guests something to do while the bridal party is taking all of their pictures. How much fun will the couple have reading the notes left to them! I can't think of a better graduation gift for a young adult heading off to college. When they need a little "pick me up" they can open up their book and see how much they are loved! These also make a wonderful gift for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. You can send one of these pages out to all of the special people in a couple's life and have them bring them to the party or mail them back to you so that you can present the special book as a gift at the party.

You can pick and choose the borders and questions you would like to personalize these pages for the special event you are planning and person in your life! These can be printed on colored paper or the wording and lines can be changed to coordinate with the colors of your event. You can click on each image to get a better view.

There are lots of different ways to have your guests fill out a page. Here are a few ideas:

1. You can have a dedicated table and book attendant. This table should be in a common area visible to guests, preferably near the entrance. The attendant should encourage guests to fill the pages out at their leisure and tell them where to return the completed pages.

2. Another manner to distribute the pages is by placing them at reception dinner tables. You can simply place one page at each setting or several pages in a group at the center of the table.

3. For a book with photos, there are two recommended times when it is best to take photos of your guests for their pages. While your guests are entering the reception area, take a photo of them as they arrive and hand a page to your guests to complete at their leisure.

4. Another method is to have a book attendant walk around to each table taking photos of your guests and handing them a page (with their photo attached if you are using Polaroids). In both instances, have markers placed at each table for your guests to complete the pages.

5. Another option is to have a "photo booth" set up with fun props so that your guests can take pictures of themselves with hats, umbrellas, mustaches, etc. Leave the pages on the table with the props and have a sign telling them how to work the photo booth and to fill out a page to match to the picture.

Newsletter

Newsletters are great if you are planning a family trip with extended family or especially if you are planning a destination wedding. A newsletter is a wonderful way to get your guests excited about the trip and give them lots of helpful information about hotels, dining, popular attractions, ways to get there (i.e. plane, train or automobile), etc. You can make and send one out or you can send a series of them if you have lots of information. Here is one that was made for a family trip to the "Great Wolf Lodge" so that the different families traveling would know what to expect and all of the fun things available.

Party printables can be sent to you as a pdf so that you can print them yourself, or they can be printed and sent to you as a "party in a box".

Bowling Party Printables

I spent the last week visiting my parents and sister's family and my little one was able to go bowling for the first time and LOVED it! It all started with the book "Curious George Goes Bowling". Thanks to George and a wonderful time bowling, I thought it would be fun to create some bowling invitations and party printables. If you like the collection and are planning a bowling party, the "bowling party extras" colors can be changed to match the pink or light blue invitations.

This collection includes:
one invitation
cupcake toppers / gift tags / stickers
cupcake wrapper
3x4 bag topper
4x3 bag topper
water bottle wrapper
If there are additional items that you would like to match the other bowling printables, Paper Perfection can make them for you as well...so don't hesitate to ask! These can be sent to you as a pdf so that you can print them yourself, or they can be printed and sent to you as a "party in a box".

Monograms and Logos

I love monograms and logos!!! Not only are they great for personalizing your wedding or special event like a family reunion but they can also be used on every day stationary, framed as a gift for a wedding, birth, Christmas or birthday, and incorporated into favors. I of course can make a regular monogram like the first one below, but I have lots of stock designs that I can personalize for every day life or a special event you have planned.

I love to mix and match monograms on event printables! I can change the colors for the stock monograms to match your theme or event. Click here to see an example for some wedding monograms that I made for Amanda and how I incorporated them into printables for her special day. For stock designs, I charge $15 for one, $28 for two or $36 for three. I will send you a jpeg and/or pdf of the image so that you can use it however and how often you would like. You can put it on stationary (i.e. note cards, thank you notes, invitations, etc.), t-shirts, canvas bags, pillows, have it framed for the wall, etc. The list is endless. I can also use your logo(s) to make all types of printables for your event from stationary, favors and gift tags to table numbers, place cards, menus and food labels. I can also custom design a monogram or logo for your event or company for $40.

Double click on the images to open up a new screen then click on the magnify button so that you can get a larger view of the individual monograms.
If you would like a monogram or logo, contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com Leave a comment and let me know what you think about the monograms and logos.

Food / Candy / Dessert / Ice Cream Buffet Label Squares

I love candy buffets and food labels! Here are some stock labels that I made that you can pick and choose colors, frame shapes, background patterns and fonts to design a label that will match the theme and colors for your event!

Here is an example of what a label looks like:

Here are all of the options from which to pick and choose:

These are for sell by the sheet / 1 digital file (PDF) that is emailed to you. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to use this file, but the good news is you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe. The better news is most computers already have this program so you probably won't have to download it.

Each PDF is an 8.5 x 11 sheet containing 6 labels of ONE style. All styles are approximately 2.5-3" inches in size depending on the size you would prefer.

ORDER PROCESS:
Please send me the following:
--frame choice (A-J)
--frame color (see chart)
--background pattern (see chart)
--background color (see chart)
--font style (1-12)
--text for each label (can be blank)

If these colors do not match your theme, I can customize the colors to fit your event.

If you would like some buffet labels for your next event, contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com
Also, leave me a comment below and let me know what you think about the labels.

Diamond Patterned Wedding Invitation

I love to design monograms and it is fun to custom design monograms around wedding locations. For example, adding a palm tree, seashell or hibiscus flower for tropical weddings or a lifebuoy, sailboat, lighthouse or anchor for a coastal wedding. I saw this picture of a wedding chapel and thought it would be fun to incorporate it into a monogram. From there I turned it into a wedding invitation with a diamond pattern that gives it texture and a unique design from the typical wedding invitation. The invitation and inserts are perfect for a pocket fold invitation.

If you are going to have a custom invitation designed for your wedding or event, make sure that you take that design through the entire wedding with printables and on other things like the wedding cake and table linens. You can use the diamond pattern and monogram on placecards, seating charts, favors, table numbers, gift bags, and so much more! Here is just one example of a door hanger that matches the diamond pattern on the invitatation.
