Pastor Appreciation Printables
My child's school hosts a yearly Pastor Appreciation Breakfast for all of the children's pastors. I was chosen to be a co-chair for the event and here are the printables I created. I used the school color of navy and the sentinel mascot on the items. If you need printables designed for your next event contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com for pricing and details.
Dr. Seuss Weird Love Subway Art
Here is a custom sign that I made for a church friend as a gift for her daughter. This Dr. Seuss quote was used on her daughter's wedding invitation and my friend wanted to turn it into a large image with fall colors so that she could hang it in her home. She said her daughter loved it so much she carried it back on the plane instead of letting my friend drive it to her right before the wedding with the rest of the gifts from her shower.

Bachelorette Weekend Invite
I have loved working with Laura for all of the special events in her life from engagement party to wedding and now a bachelorette party for a friend. Here is an invite we worked on together for a fun bachelorette party. Since the weekend event was scheduled in Nashville, she knew she wanted a "Boots and Bling" theme with gold, hot pink and a chalkboard background. If you would like this invite or need a custom invite for your event contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com for pricing and details.
Meet the Teacher - Back To School Gift Tags
It's almost that time to go back to school and Chantel, one my clients that I have worked with on several invitations, contacted me to help her with a few tags to give out during her "Meet the Teacher Night" at school. She knew she wanted to give out blow pops, starburst and a fun candy made to look like a ruler. Here are the tags we created together for her big night. If you would like these tags or a custom design for your next event like a "Meet the Teacher Night" contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com for pricing and details.

Teacher Appreciation Drink Station
I created a "drink station" for my child's teacher appreciation week at school and thought I would show it off for anyone trying to come up with an idea for their school. I was able to use a lot of the employee appreciation soda tags that I sell with my employee appreciation tags found here and I created a custom water bottle label using a school logo I designed. I also created several signs including an "CHS FACULTY IS OUT OF THIS WORLD" banner for the globe, a chalkboard sign that says, "A CHS TEACHER TAKES A HAND, OPENS A MIND & TOUCHES A HEART. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO FOR OUR CHILDREN!" and finally a smaller sign that says, "THANKS FOR QUENCHING OUR CHILDREN'S THIRST FOR KNOWLEDGE THIS YEAR! FROM, THE 2ND GRADE PARENTS". The large chalkboard sign measures 18x24" and I was able to print it like an architecture print for $3.50 at Kinkos.
This is a great and inexpensive teacher appreciation gift that makes a BIG impact. We have 9 children in our class and I asked the parents to help provide 3-5 bottles of soda, tea, etc. So for $5-10 per family we provided enough drinks for our staff to enjoy something fun to drink all week long. I contacted the local sonic about buying ice and they offered to give it to us for free since it was for teachers so I got 60 pounds sonic ice for $0...you can't beat that price and who doesn't love sonic ice!

Allergy Marketing Card
I had the privilege of being the event planner for Mt. Pleasant Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic's Grand Opening for their new clinic and they contacted me again to help market their allergy testing this spring. They knew they wanted to give out cookies to doctors that refer patients to them for allergy testing and needed a card to go with the sweet treat. Here is the card that I created for them using the wording they sent me.

Robin Hood Classroom Party
My child's school is big on having parties to celebrate what they are studying. Different grades have had some really fun parties including an Egyptian party for 5th grade, a Dr. Seuss party for Kindergarten and I was asked to help decorate for my child's Robin Hood party. His grade is studying medieval times and they have read several books including Robin Hood. The teacher contacted all of the parents for help one week before the party and asked me and another mom to decorate the classroom. I usually like lots of time to research and plan decorations but I did my best on such short notice. Since the theme was Robin Hood., I thought it would be fun to turn the classroom into a forest for Robin Hood, his merry men and maidens. I pulled different things that I already had like the metal candle stick holders, lots of greenery, a bow, Robin Hood's hat, gold coins, wooden platters, fresh fruit and loaves of bread. Another parent picked the plates, napkins and cups.
Different parents made food for the banquet including roasted chicken legs, "trenchers" (rolls), fresh fruit, cheese, Ginger "Ale" and miniature cakes. Since the kids were studying the medieval times the teacher wanted to keep food that would have been available during that period and of course they could eat with their fingers.
The kids played several games outdoors including jousting, archery, and tax collecting. The winning team won bags of gold coins.

Of course I had to make some printables to match so I made one a day leading up to the party including a menu, Robin Hood banner, a Proclamation, Sherwood Forest and Nottingham signs and place cards so the children could find their place at each banquet table.

Silent Auction Camping Item
I think just about everything needs some type of printable tag, label, or sign. I recently helped put together a silent auction item for my child's class for the annual silent auction. We decided to put together a camping kit with just about everything a family would need to go on a weekend camping trip. Here is what we put together including all of the fun printables I created to pull it all together.
Our class parents did such a great job donating wonderful items that we created a second item to donate. A grilling set complete with a s'more kit. Ignore the background as I took this picture in the teacher's lounge at school.
Here are some of the cute tags including one for an item that I thought would make people laugh, but you definitely need on a camping trip. (And it isn't the bucket fire extinguisher.) See if you can find it!
Here are some of the signs and tags a little more close up.
Here is what we included in our camping kit in case you want to make something similar for a silent auction event:
camping tent
cooler
folding chairs
sleeping bags
first aid kit
sun screen
bug spray
flash light
walkie talkies
compass
whistle
frisbee
2 kites
bug catching net
disposable plates, cups and utensils
toilet paper
plastic bucket (to extinguish the camp fire)
toilet paper
Grilling Kit:
grill
charcoal
grilling utensils
smore kit
Veggies in a Cup for an Outdoor Party
I love parties of all kinds! Last year one of my good friends invited us to a Wits End Ranch for an end of school year family party. I asked if I could bring something to help with the meal and she said bring chips and veggies. I couldn't resist making a printable for the party and coming up with a fun way to transport and distribute the veggies since it was an outdoor party. Here is what I created...
I found a metal two tier stand at pottery barn that I loved, but it was pretty expensive. So I put off buying it and then I ran across this stand at Sam's that was much more reasonable priced. I love it when that happens! I have learned if I look long enough I can always find what I want for a great price.
Here is what you need to make something similar for a fun outdoor treat that will keep the bugs off of the food until someone picks one to eat: veggies (I used cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and celery), individual ranch servings, cups that have the same size opening as the individual ranch dip (I found mine at Brookshire's) and off course a cute label. I placed the cherry tomatoes on a skewer to keep them all together.
I used the Wits End Ranch logo but created the red gingham and blue ribbon background to match the logo. Here is the final product! Now go out and create something fun like this for your next event, and if you need a matching printable contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com for pricing and details.

Matt & Katie's Wedding Shower
I posted samples of the invite I created for Matt and Katie's wedding shower and I thought I would post a few pictures of the food labels and a few other things I made for the event.
I made the miniature rose cupcakes. I love baking...especially cupcakes!
Lots of brides these days do not have "wedding books" like we used to have for their guests to sign at bridal showers so I started making fun cards like these "Recipe for a Good Marriage" mason jar cards for guests to fill out for the happy couple. I made these cards to look like mason jars to match the mason jars used for drinks at the event. The sign said:
PLEASE FILL OUT
A RECIPE CARD
WITH ADVICE FOR
MATT AND KATIE
FOR A
HAPPY MARRIAGE
THEN SIGN
YOUR NAME
AND PLACE IT
IN THE JAR

Navy and Red Lattice Baby Shower Invite
I remembered another baby shower invite request from Kathryn that I hadn't posted, and thought I would share them with you. This time she sent me a picture of a diaper bag that she wanted to match. It was navy and white lattice with red accents. Here are a few sample invites I created to match the diaper bag for her. School Mini Society - Money and Marketing Project
One of my favorite clients, Tyla, contacted me again for a fun image for her son. His grade was learning about money and commerce by creating a product they could sell at a school event, comimg up with packaging and determining the price. The product had to be made by them and could not be something they buy and resale. Lots of schools do this to help kids learn about marketing, money and so much more! Most schools do not use real money, and some schools even have kids create their own money to use. Generally they will have prizes for the kids that make the most money on their product and/or sell the most items. My niece's school had all of the kids create their own money and the winner's money was used for all. Each child starts off with the same amount of money that they can use to purchase items at the "store" and every child ends up with lots of fun items that they get to keep. I helped my niece when she made "flubber" to sell for her school event and Tyla's son made "putty" along with another friend. They knew they wanted the school name, logo and colors, the label needed to be round to fit on top of jars they were going to put it in and their company name, H & H Industries needed to be on it. Here is what I created for their product.
My niece's school called this event "Early Mini Society". Here is some money that I helped her create for her event. Not only did they have to create a product to sell, and the actual money they would use but they had to determine the value of the money. Their school mascot is the longhorn and the school colors are purple and black, so this is what we created together.
Here is some more money I created for another one of my nieces, for her Minute To Win It birthday party winner since the grand prize is one million dollars.
Black and White Chevron Baby Shower Invitations
I love working with Kathryn! She contacts me every time she has a new party and it is so much fun to work with her designing custom items. I think I have made at least four baby shower invitations for her. Her latest request was for a black and white chevron invite for a baby shower. Here are three designs I created for her to pick from. If you would like one of these for your next event, need matching party printables like a banner, gift tag, candy bar wrapper, water bottle label, bag topper or a custom item contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com for pricing and details.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Birthday Banner
I love working with repeat clients! A client that used my Lego party printables for her son's birthday last year contacted me wanting a "Teenage Mutant Ninja" birthday banner for her son's party this year. If you would like this birthday banner or a custom item for your next event contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com for pricing and details. The banner will say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" and the child's name with a spacer image between each word.

Classroom Valentines Party
I love Valentines Day and the opportunity to let others know they are loved! Here are a few of the valentines that I made this year for my son and other family members for their classroom parties.
I also get the opportunity to host my son's classroom party so of course I looked on pinterest to find some fun valentines party games to play. There are so many great games out there and I'm hoping we can play some if not all of the games if the time allows. Two of the games incorporate multiplication and addition to enhance the math they have worked on so far this year, and the rest are just plain fun.
If you need custom printables for your child's valentines or need party ideas/game instructions contact Paper Perfection at jtanddolly@yahoo.com for pricing and details.
